Star CRM is a proprietary software product fully owned, developed, and operated by Star Info Lab. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including but not limited to its features, design, structure, and underlying technology, are exclusively held by Star Info Lab. Star CRM is offered as a branded software solution, and its use is subject to the terms, policies, and agreements established by Star Info Lab.

All billing, invoicing, subscription charges, renewals, and any other financial transactions related to the use of Star CRM are processed, managed, and controlled solely by Star Info Lab. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that Star Info Lab is the only legal entity responsible for all commercial dealings, payment processing, service delivery, and customer support associated with Star CRM.

By accessing or using Star CRM, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with Star Info Lab and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions, policies, and guidelines set forth by Star Info Lab. Star CRM, as a brand name, does not constitute a separate legal entity, and all obligations, liabilities, and responsibilities arising from the use of the software shall be governed and enforced by Star Info Lab.

Star Info Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Star CRM software or its services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Star CRM shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by Star Info Lab.
