All data stored and processed through Star CRM is hosted on secure servers maintained by reputed third-party hosting providers. These servers are managed with industry-standard infrastructure, security protocols, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Data Access & Control

Star CRM and Star Info Lab do not access, view, modify, delete, or interfere with any user data stored within the system. All data entered into the software remains under the sole control and responsibility of the user. We maintain a strict no-intervention policy to ensure privacy and data integrity.

Data Encryption & Security

We implement standard security measures, including encryption and secure access protocols, to protect data during transmission and storage. However, while reasonable efforts are made to maintain data security, absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of internet-based systems.

No Responsibility for Data Loss

Star CRM and Star Info Lab shall not be held responsible for any data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or system failure arising from server issues, cyber-attacks, technical faults, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, server crashes, data corruption, hacking incidents, or accidental data deletion.

No Liability or Compensation

In the event of any data loss, data corruption, or service disruption, Star Info Lab and Star CRM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No compensation, reimbursement, or financial liability shall be provided under any circumstances.

Users are strongly advised to maintain their own data backups and implement necessary precautions to safeguard their information. By using Star CRM, users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their data and agree to this policy.
